The JACKSON COFFEE CO. is committed to bringing you the finest coffees.  What does this mean?  This means that we do not sell the same roasted coffees found getting stale on shelves at gourmet shops, delis, and supermarkets.  We buy our coffees green (unroasted), from coffee brokers across the country in order to bring you a large variety of the finest coffees at affordable prices.

    Also, we do something that very few coffee shops do.  We carefully roast our coffees in our own store, in very small batches each and every day.  We do this in order to bring you a variety of coffees that are always fresh.  Did you know that, with each day that passes after the beans are roasted, coffee is losing its flavor?  Age makes all the difference in the quality of the coffee that you are paying for!  A happy consequence of roasting our own coffee is that our prices are as good as our coffee.

    We are fanatics about the high quality standard of our coffee.  We cup coffees that are truly the best, and we choose very carefully from among these.  Price is never a factor in assessing quality, and we only buy the best.

    Part of our fanaticism stems from being truthful about our coffees - we have no "secret" blend.  We are confident that our quality, freshness, and the way we carefully roast each batch of coffee to perfection cannot be duplicated by others - so we have no reason to keep any secrets.  You should know exactly what you are paying for.
